MGM Motor Co is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals with whom we do business

We hold information relating to our customers and their vehicles and we ensure this data is held securely and used only for the purpose for which it was collected. That's is for providing our services and administering accounts. We use this data to send reminders for such as vehicle services and MOTs but customers can choose not to be included in this facility.

We do not share data with 3rd parties but if this should at any time become necessary we would seek our customers express permission before so doing.

Customers can request to:

1. Have a copy of the data we hold.
2. Amend that data should it be incorrect
3. Be removed from the database except to the extent that such data is required to comply with legal obligations.
4. Restrict the data we hold provided it does not restrict our ability to provide the service we are providing.
5. Object to the data being used for marketing or profiling.

Our websites may provide links to 3rd party sites, we have no control over those sites and therefore cannot be held responsible for the content on those sites.
